Mouth: Tannins moderate, fresh, red fruit, cherry, good acidity, spicy with a hint of mocha to the end.
AGEING: Aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
ELABORATION is made completely manual harvesting, the grapes are picked, destemmed and gently pressed, vinification is traditional, in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
WINE PAIRING: Chaperone ideal of cold cuts, red meats, soft cheeses, spicy food, chocolate mousse, rabbit, duck a l'orange.
